A classic Mario joke that had to be made. Mario's power ups have included: Magic mushrooms, flowers, stars, a leaf, and a feather just to name a few. In addition, Doctor Mario throws pills. Put two and two together and the joke has been enhanced. I've already noted the special sprite edit in the credits but since I'm using a CUSTOM sprite I think I should note it here on the comic page. My deepest and most sincere gratitude to Rogultgot and Deekman for creating the custom sprite (and also Cam for editing it according to the sprite sheet anyway). I wouldn't have been able to make this joke pay off without their creation of the doctor mario sheet, and allowing others to use it.
