The Kei Pirates is the chinese sect of Space Pirates, they commonly use Tao Magic spells against their enemy, and are very ruthless. Headed by the Tendo King, they are feared by many.

	These three un named Kei Pirates are the first we see in the series, and all were after Melfina. All are dead at the close of the 4th episode.
	These are what one might call the footsoldiers of the Kei Pirates, the normal soldiers who fight for the Tendo King. They have no names, and are in huge numbers.

Hazanko is a high ranking Kei Pirate, who heads his own elite group, the Anten Seven, below are those who serve under this power hungry and cold man.

	Hamushi uses her sex appeal to entrance men so that she can get what she wants done, a strong fighter as well. Killed by Gene Starwind with a caster shell that sucked her into a vortex.
	Hanmyo uses cats in battle with her - they talk to her and fight alongside her. She and Jim met and fell in love not knowing who the other was, she was tragically killed though by Jim's own plan to get past her. Jim never knew her fate.
	Hitoriga has a past relation to Suzuka, it is Suzukas wish for revenge on him that kept her with the Outlaw Star crew
	Iraga is mentioned as a feirce man with a secret for long life but is never actually active within the series.
	Jukai has a strange fighting style, his only use in the show was in a battle with Aisha Clan Clan, he was soundly defeated by her beastial form.
	Shimi was the first sent to Kill Gene Starwind, and nearly did. However, seeing the support of Gene's friends he faked his death and decided to become a wandering outlaw himself.
	Tobigera is supposedly the man with many faces, however his biggest role was as comedic relief after Gene on the planet Tenrei; he never got him, and was always knocked out in that episode.
